Product design / Building / Quality

The work
behind the story.

A product I’m building at Quirence, and the teams, testing tools, and releases I’ve helped shape.

02 / QA & leadership

A foundation in quality.

Growing a QA organization

At Rockbot, my work connected the QA team with its testing tools and release validation across web, hardware, and firmware.

Building the team

I built and led the QA organization, hiring and mentoring team members. Alongside that work, I administered Jira, managed test cycles, documented test plans, and coordinated efforts across teams.

Rebuilding the automation

I rebuilt the Playwright automation framework for regression testing. Automation was one part of a broader QA practice that also included hands-on testing of beta and production releases.

Working across the product

Testing web experiences, hardware, and firmware meant working across different parts of the product. My responsibilities combined people, process, automation, and release validation, the same breadth of attention I bring to designing and building today.

Across teams and platforms

Projector

Looking closely at the experience

Credit Karma

Making quality a shared practice

Established QA standards for the Credit Cards team and led external QA teams across web, iOS, and Android releases.

IMVU

Working across platforms

Built and maintained automation for Android, iOS, and Electron applications, alongside improvements to test case and bug management.
